Anxiety and stress have many similarities. For one, both are a direct cause of life pressures that overwhelm you. They share some symptoms including constant tension, irritability, depression, high blood pressure, sweating and dizziness.

Anxiety is more about your emotional and mental state than about being tense. Anxiety will be relieved as your stress is reduced. Any lingering anxiety can be eased by finding projects that bring you tremendous satisfaction. Focus on your strengths to build your confidence levels. Stop obsessing about your anxiety attacks and pay more attention to what make them go away.
As you can see, anxiety and stress are very similar in many ways. You can take the same steps to cure both of them. There is a connection between the two conditions because one will trigger the other. Just as they are linked by cause, they also can be linked by cures.
