Proper exercise is one of the most powerful anti aging tools available yet many people try and bypass physical activity and instead look to other exterior methods to try and reduce the ever present signs of Father Time. You name it people do it, nips, tucks, injections, pills, creams and treatments of various kinds. Yet these are largely superficial exterior fixes that do not address the real problem - accelerated and premature aging.

The only way you can do this naturally is to get yourself on a proper program of strength building and maintaining exercise.
This cannot be done with low intensity activity like walking, gardening or tennis or any other endurance type of activity as they cannot halt, let alone reverse muscle tissue loss which it the reason your HGH has dwindled away. Strength training exercise is the only viable and effective way to address it as you need to work your muscles in a challenging way to get them to release this hormone.
Coaxing your body to restore its rejuvenation hormones is better than any surgery, pill or treatment and will keep your muscles and bones strong and your metabolism boosted so your body can burn the food you eat off as energy. Your energy levels will be restored and most importantly you will disease proof your body.
If you put enough effort into your strength training program you will notice positive changes in many of your body's systems. A healthy weight is promoted when body fat levels are reduced, skin and hair will be improved and strength and energy levels increased. All in all you could knock off twenty odd years from your face and body both inside and out.
How is that for a good deal? All you have to do is be consistent and keep your muscles and your strength in good health and you will be rewarded with more life in your years and hopefully more years in your life.
