If you've been trying to get a six pack, but don't seem to be getting anywhere, then your probably not sticking to the 3 most important things. As soon as I started consistently doing these three things, I began to get rid of belly fat and build abs muscle very fast.
Since I've lose my weight, I've started trying to help others do the same. I want to show people the way I managed to do it so that they too can transform their bodies too. So in this article I'm going to provide you with an overview of what you need to do to get a six pack.
It all comes down to 3 factors. When you are in line with these three things you will find that you literally cannot keep your fat (even if you wanted to). And your muscle will also begin to grow at a much faster rate.
The first and most important part is your diet. Eating the right kind of nutrition is critical if you are ever going to lose body fat and build muscle. This is due to your body not having the raw materials it needs to build your body and burn fat - then your sunk before you even begin! If you don't start cutting out the unhealthy foods and replacing it with beter forms of nutrition, the your body hasn't got what it needs to get rid of excess weight.
You need to design a diet which includes fat burning foods like watermelon, tomatoes and okra. At the same time you must also make sure that your getting the right amount of protein, carbohydrate and fats.
Whilst aiming to keep your fats and carbs low, you should still make sure that you eat some before and after a workout. Otherwise you stand to lose your energy very fast and as a result your bodies functions will slow down. This effects how fast your body can build and repair your muscle.
Protein is the most important part of a good abs diet. Aim to eat 1.5 x your bodyweight in grams of protein everyday. This will ensure that your getting enough for your body to repair and build your abdominal muscles. So lets say you weight 95kg you would want to eat about 142.5g of protein.
With a diet this high in proteins, your body will have all the raw materials you need to build muscle. But you must be exercising if you eating all this because you still need to burn off calories. So start doing some cardio training as often as possible (3 times a week is a good goal). You can really do any cardio you like, I personally like Interval training, but whatever you choose - just keep active.
You can also do some abs exercises as well to increase your abs definition and muscle tone. I advise that when your designing your abs workout, you include a lower and uppers abdominal workout and some exercises that make your twist your stomach. By doing that you will exercise all your abs and this will make sure you get a full 6 pack.
Now that you have an idea about the 3 different things you need to do to get a six pack (diet, cardio, abs exercises), get started. The sooner you begin to eat the nutrition, do the cardio and exercises - the sooner you will get six pack abs.
