Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) always has a cause...or maybe even two or three. Actually, there are many causes for pain in your wrist or carpal tunnel area.

The good news is: There is a very good chance that you can heal your carpal tunnel symptoms or other hand/wrist/arm pain naturally!

If you are suffering with CTS, there are some excellent options for natural help. What is "natural" help? It means working WITH your body to relieve your symptoms. It means not having to rely on drugs or surgery.

What are "symptoms?" Your pain, tingling, numbness, headaches, sleeplessness, knots in your back and more; all of those are symptoms.

A lot of our modern medicine focuses on relieving symptoms. Not on getting rid of the CAUSE of the symptom--the REASON for the pain--but just on masking, cutting or otherwise "fixing" our symptoms. Why is this?

1. Treating a symptom with medicine or surgery can be a lot faster than trying to figure out the cause of your symptoms. Surgery can also bring in more money. Your doctor doesn't have much time to spend with each patient.

2. The most common cause of most of our pain is muscles and soft tissues but this is not taught much in medical schools. Very few doctors truly understand the relationship between muscles and pain. Even if they did, they just wouldn't have time to explain to you.

Only treating the symptom without getting rid of the CAUSE of the symptom doesn't do a lot of good in most cases. That's why carpal tunnel symptoms often come back AFTER CTS "release" surgeries. The problem is that the cause wasn't addressed.

Your doctor may say, "Oh, a nerve is being pinched. That is what's causing your pain." Yes, but WHY? Why is the nerve being pinched?

There is always a reason for our symptoms. There is always a "why." When you understand the WHY, you can get rid of the symptoms.

You don't just want a bandage covering up your symptoms. You want them to really heal. The good news is there are natural steps you can take to get rid of your pain once you understand the cause.

You have a very smart body. It wants to be well. But it needs your help. You must take action to help your body heal.

Your job is to find the reasons or causes for your carpal tunnel symptoms. It's your body. You need to understand how it works.

And an educated patient gets better faster. Your doctor may not like you as well when you know more about the causes of your symptoms. Some doctors like to be in charge. But when you know more you will be less afraid. When you are less afraid you can take action.

When you understand why you hurt, you will also understand the natural steps you must take to get better.

You CAN have carpal tunnel pain relief.
